The proposed Ferndale Townhomes development includes 9 townhouse units within three buildings, above a single-level underground parkade containing 18 parking stalls, accessed from Ferndale Avenue.

with Official Community Plan (OCP)
The project directly supports several OCP goals including accessibility, sustainability, and diversification of housing forms. The shift from RS-4 single-family zoning to townhomes meets long-term District objectives and responds to demographic needs such as seniors, young families, and empty nesters.
